About Aspen

Considering an IT carve-out program from existing legacy systems and a large scale SAP implementation, EyeOn has been asked to support Aspen with multiple planning activities.
The project & results
EyeOn provided aid with defining user & interface requirements, (re-)design of all related business processes, and functional and user acceptance testing. Aspen received support with master data design and collection, as well as cut-over, go-live, and hypercare activities.
The project resulted in the successful go-live of the complex integrated planning landscape, and the trained organization ready to work in the new planning landscape.
