Enable COVID ramp up through APS roll out

When establishing an all new Cruise, RoPax and Offshore department in Romania, Damen Shipyards encountered a lot of obstacles and it became clear that control was slipping away. EyeOn looked at addressed the company’s challenges through the introduction of anticipatory mid and long-term planning, enabling Damen to regain client trust in the yard’s ability to guarantee delivery times and budget.
